Again, thank you for supporting HomeWorks Connect high-speed fiber internet. By pre-registering for service, you’re working to bring the fastest and most reliable internet connection to your community.
Remember, we’re using the information we collect on http://bit.ly/HWConnectFiber_ to help us determine where to build next. That means we work to keep the pre-registration numbers accurate and will delete duplicate pre-registrations when they appear. In some zones, there are enough duplicate pre-registrations that you’ll see a reduction in the percentage to goal when the duplicates are removed.
Help us keep things on track and remind people to only pre-register once. If you’re not sure if you have pre-registered, there are two ways to check.
1) Give us a call at 800-668-8413 and a customer service representative can confirm your HomeWorks Connect registration.
2) Log in to your account at http://bit.ly/HWConnectFiber_. When you signed up, you entered an email and password. Simply log back into your account and you’ll see what zone you’re located in and your zone’s status.
